Growth Specialist

This is a consultative, discovery-first sales role, not a transactional one. You’ll lead conversations with senior stakeholders, uncover complex business problems, and guide prospects toward the right strategic solution across our service lines (HubSpot, integrations, RevOps, web, and AI). Our deals are typically $80K+, and often involve multiple stakeholders, systems, and competing priorities. Success in this role comes from your ability to build trust quickly, ask the right questions, and bring clarity to complex situations not from pushing a product. You will work a mix of inbound opportunities and self-sourced pipeline, and you’ll be expected to operate with strong sales judgment not just follow a script.

Join us as Backend Developer and technical owner of US operations, building critical APIs and integrations while consolidating fragmented knowledge across projects. You'll have real impact from day one, serving as the technical reference for development decisions. Requirements: 4+ years backend development experience with REST APIs and integrations (FastAPI/Node.js), advanced English, and architecture understanding.
