Each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

11. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the Site, except where you and the Company have entered into a separate written agreement.
